As we look back on 2025, CDDFT Charity would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported our work over the past year – including our fundraisers, donors, volunteers, staff, partners and local communities.

Thanks to this incredible support, the Charity has been able to make a real difference across hospitals and community services in County Durham and Darlington, helping to enhance patient care, support staff wellbeing and improve environments for patients and families when they need it most.

Throughout the year, supporters have taken part in fundraising events, made generous donations, volunteered their time, and championed the Charity in their workplaces and communities. Every contribution has helped us deliver projects that have a lasting impact.

The Charity would also like to recognise the dedication of NHS colleagues who continue to work alongside us, identifying opportunities where charitable funding can enhance care and improve experiences for patients and their loved ones.

Looking ahead, the Charity is excited about the year to come and the opportunities 2026 will bring to build on this success, strengthen partnerships, and continue supporting local healthcare services across the region.
