Here’s an extract from Nikki’s nomination:
“Nikki is an extremely valuable staff member to the Trust who is consistently developing education and training opportunities. Nikki has coordinated multiple events over the last couple of years where she does an amazing job of promoting careers in the NHS, including opportunities for all departments. She has engaged with 9,852 student. This was across the region in 28 secondary schools, 12 primary schools, 11 colleges and 8 universities. Nikki is also doing 1:1 work with job centres across the region, focusing on left behind neighbourhoods as part of the Trust’s Anchor Institution work and its effort to improve health inequalities through employment.”
Well done Nikki for winning this award and making great changes that will ultimately benefit patients.
