“Carolyn is committed to upholding high standards in quality. Carolyn ensures that everyone receives compassionate, respectful and personalised treatment. She communicates effectively covering both day and nightshift training for staff, and has been dedicated to the continuous learning and improvement for SafeCare Live. It is clear Carolyn has thoroughly enjoyed working in the improvement and implementation of SafeCare Live and though very different to her previous role she has took to it well. She has been a huge help and support to me but, more importantly, in taking this initiative forward across the trust and supporting and engaging others.”
